School and District Reports

Schools will receive

  • A frequency report within 6 weeks after survey administration that contains responses to all questions on the survey, presented by grade.

  • An additional questions report within 6 weeks after survey administration, if applicable.  This report is customized to the specific school's questions and response options.
  • For schools that have participated adequately during more than one regular administration year since 2008 at any grade level (at least 60% of enrolled students contributing valid surveys), a trend report will be produced and distributed in the spring of the following school year.  It will show local change over time and some comparison to the current survey year's statewide data.

Individual school reports are made available directly to the school administration for their own distribution. School reports are confidential and can only be released by CPRD with a school administrator's permission using the School/District Report Release Form.

To access your school's reports, click on the Login flag at the top of the page and select "School Report". You will be directed to a screen where you will enter the username and password emailed to you by the IYS Coordinator. Once on the report page, you will be able to open/download your school report(s).

Districts will receive

  • A report within 6 weeks after completion of surveys at all participating district schools that contains responses to all questions on the survey, presented by grade. This report is produced if the district contains more than one school at any eligible grade level.

  • An additional questions report within 6 weeks after survey completion, if the same questions were asked at all participating district schools.  This report is customized to the specific district's questions and response options.
  • For districts that have participated adequately during more than one regular administration year since 2008 at any grade level (at least 60% of enrolled students contributing valid surveys), a trend report will be produced and distributed in the spring of the following school year. It will show local change over time and some comparison to the current survey year's statewide data.

District reports are made available directly to district administration through email for their own distribution. Single district reports are confidential and can only be released by CPRD with a district administrator's permission using the School/District Report Release Form.
