Monitoring the Future (MTF) is conducted at the Survey Research Center in the Institute for Social Research at the University of Michigan. Since 1991, MTF has been an ongoing source for 8th, 10th and 12th grade nationally representative data on drug use, attitudes and beliefs. They post the most recently available press releases and publications on the New Information page of their website.
