The 2020 Illinois Youth Survey is closed

• Do you have completed paper surveys that you have not returned? Email or call us.


• With the closure of schools due to COVID-19, Illinois Youth Survey administration has been closed for 2020.
• We sincerely hope that your school will be able to participate during our next survey administration in 2022.
• The IYS team is still available during this time. If you have questions about IYS administration, feel free to contact us.
• All school report logins have been sent to school principals. If you have questions about your report, email or call us.
• All district report logins (in districts eligible for a district report) have been sent to district superintendents.
